Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Yerevan.
The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the center.

Responsibilities include:
  • Managing office tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and supply inventory
  • Providing clerical and organizational support to staff and management
  • Assisting with executive tasks: managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and facilitating communication within the team
  • Supporting students and visitors with inquiries to ensure a welcoming environment

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in administrative or clerical work
  • Excellent communication skills with professional phone and email etiquette
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in office software and tools (Google Workspace / MS Office Suite)
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
